The book covers and titles displayed on our website are:

• Shown for descriptive and illustrative educational reference only.
• Refreshed regularly to reflect the diverse literature our students explore across levels.
• Not offered for sale by FutureKey School in any form. FutureKey School does not distribute, resell, or otherwise commercialize any of the works shown.
• Not intended to suggest any partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or licensing arrangement with any publisher, author, illustrator, or rights holder.

Any use of book titles or cover imagery is limited to identifying the reading materials our students engage with during live tutoring, in the manner customary among tutoring services and educators.

3. Fair Use & Educational Purpose

FutureKey School believes that the limited use of copyrighted materials on this website constitutes fair use under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act. Such uses are:

1. For nonprofit educational and descriptive purposes;
2. Transformative in nature, describing services rather than reproducing works;
3. Limited in scope and quantity — no substantive portion of any protected work is reproduced;
4. Non-competitive with, and non-substitutive for, the original works.

4. DMCA Takedown Procedure

FutureKey School respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice of claimed infringement that includes the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on our website;
4. Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address);

6. Repeat Infringers

It is FutureKey School's policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers.
