FutureKey School provides live online reading and writing tutoring for U.S. elementary students in Grades 1–6. Book titles, cover imagery, curriculum names, and other third-party materials referenced on our website are shown for descriptive and educational reference only.

1. Third-Party Trademarks

The following names, logos, and marks referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners:

References to third-party trademarks are made for the sole purpose of describing our tutoring services and identifying the reading materials our students engage with during class.

Any use of book titles or cover imagery is limited to identifying the reading materials our students engage with during live tutoring, in the manner customary among tutoring services and educators.

FutureKey School believes that the limited use of copyrighted materials on this website constitutes fair use under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act. Such uses are:

  1. For nonprofit educational and descriptive purposes;
  2. Transformative in nature, describing services rather than reproducing works;
  3. Limited in scope and quantity — no substantive portion of any protected work is reproduced;

4. DMCA Takedown Procedure

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you supplied was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), to the same email address above.

6. Repeat Infringers

It is FutureKey School's policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers.
